Our tri-level condominiums are similar to townhomes, with two complete units side-by-side in one building, plus ample driveway parking and a ground-floor garage. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a loft area with a screened-in observation area. The units are individually owned and decorated with some units offering wet bars. Each can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
These units are closest to the water, overlooking the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. This is an inter-coastal tidal area, home to many birds and animals. Along with both marsh and ocean views your unit will feature cable TV, phone, skylights, large windows, and ceiling fans. Our three-bedroom townhouses also offer 2-1/2 bathrooms with granite counters and in-unit stacked washer/dryer.
Our townhouse vacation rentals are available year-round thanks to central heat and air conditioning and a gas fireplace in the main living area. Each condo features a beautiful gourmet kitchen that’s fully equipped with a dishwasher. Outdoors there are both screened in porches and decks- many folks’ favorite spot for a morning cup of coffee or dinner cooked using the unit’s gas grill.
