Contemporary Cottages

Our Contemporary Cottages are well-spaced on our eleven-acre property. The bluff offers panoramic views of the Rachel Carson Refuge and beyond to the Atlantic Ocean. Our Contemporary Cottages were designed and built for this location and situated to maximize views.

Decoration: A study in blue, this comfy living-room is awash in daylight.

Each cottage features open-concept living and dining as well as an outdoor living space with gas grill, screened-in porch and grassy lawns. Between the master bedroom, second bedroom with two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa, each cottage is designed to accommodate up to six sleepers.

Decoration: A queen sized-bed with red throw pillows invites the viewer to take a daytime doze.

While these cottages are individually owned and decorated, each features heat/air conditioning, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cable TV, phone, and skylights.

Rates are for the year 2024 and are subject to change. Limit six (6) people. There is a one-time $100 cleaning fee. Subject to $30 resort fee per stay. A 9% sales tax will be added to all rates (subject to change without notice).
