The cottage was very cute, warm, comfortable, and inviting. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The grounds were well kept. Beautiful views of the marsh and ocean from the grounds. Very convenient to beaches, restaurants, etc. Close to 95 for easy access to the turnpike. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was perfect - close to all shops, beaches, and great restaurants. The cottage was up to date, well-appointed with everything we needed, and having the laundry was a huge bonus! Beds were comfortable, and decor was light and bright. The service on the phone and in person made us feel valued. We plan to return!

Wonderful place to stay. Amazing staff, everyone was friendly and accommodating. The townhouse was large and had more than enough room for everyone. Beautifully decorated, yet very cozy. 2 pools. A kids’ pool and a hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Finally. To Cory, Charles, and Laurie, many thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable. Can't wait to see you all again. We stumbled across this place online and decided to rent it for 3 nights, so my Mom could enjoy her 85th Birthday in comfort. We made the right decision. My Mom loves the beach/ocean, and you could actually smell the air of the ocean from afar and see the actual Marsh, which was fantastic! We traveled from North Carolina, and we are thankful we found Seagull Resort. 4 of us stayed, and we had a lot of laughs and were very comfortable! This "Summer Cottage" was exactly what the Dr. Ordered! My Mom said this was her best Birthday ever! Would definitely go back.

My husband and I have been vacationing in Maine for about 15 years. Three years ago, one of my daughters discovered Seagull Resort and it is now our favorite place to stay. We love everything about it, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! Great place!!!
