Policies
One (1) night deposit for reservations of less than 1 week
Two (2) nights deposit for 1 week reservation
Deposit must be paid on day reservation is made
Damage deposit $250.00 upon check in
If cancelled 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival, refund will be issued minus $ 50.00 service charge
If cancelled less than 2 weeks of scheduled arrival, no refund unless unit is rented. A service charge of $50.00 will apply.
No reservation will be shortened after arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for weather conditions or for unexpected health issues.
Arrangements for late arrivals (after 7:00 PM) must be made in advance and before 3:00 PM on arrival date.
We accept all major credit cards for payments.
Sorry, no pets, trailer, or campers allowed.
